To reserve your preferred time, we recommend booking in advance. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Gift certificates can also be used to secure bookings.
Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or special requests at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge equal to the full service price.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Our team prepares in advance for your appointment. Last-minute cancellations affect not only us but other clients who could have booked the slot.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are redeemable for services or products. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please mention your gift certificate when booking.
Prepaid treatment series are non-refundable but may be converted into spa credit or used toward other services or products.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax before your appointment. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. You will still be charged for the full session.
We suggest leaving valuable items at home. Bellevia Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or third-party gift certificates.
If a product is defective, we’re happy to exchange it within 14 days with a valid receipt. We do not offer cash refunds, but you may receive spa credit for future use.
